Empowering youth girls through wrestling

Nat Pack Wrestling Club is lead by Coach Nat, a USA Wrestling Leader and athlete who provides a safe and free after school wrestling program for youth girls in the Salt Lake Valley.

Nat Pack Wrestling Club does NOT require USA Wrestling membership as this condition hinder participation. During the academic year, the only requirement is that girls are passing all classes each quarter. Nat Pack Wrestling Club provides liability for all youth without additional fees.

Donated funds have helped secure equipment, essential training equipment, and operating fees. Utah has been ranked as one of the lowest performing states for women and equality (Wallethub). By investing, we remove barriers to sports participation and provide affordable, accessible wrestling programs to empower young female athletes to train, compete, and thrive.
